Falling Awake

I go on silent retreats at Sacred Heart, where this image was taken. I try to bring to my Without a Net workshops a taste of what I gain from these times of solitude. Without much effort there is a deeper connection with my true self, the part of me that isn’t affected by change and doubts. At the same time my fears can come into clearer view, asking to be faced and released. My workshops help participants acknowledge and allow whatever comes to surface when we become willing to be authentic.
